3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 3/4 cups water
3 teaspoons coarse salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 boneless pork chops
In a medium saucepan, bring oil to a boil. Add vinegar and water; reduce heat to low.
Pour in vinegar, salt and pepper; cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium, and stir in pork chops. Return heat to low, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
