1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (4 pound) whole turkey
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 (4 ounce) can bread crumbs
Mix olive oil, onion, garlic salt, dill weed, onion flakes, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper and bread crumbs; pour mixture over chicken breast halves. Top with celery and top with onion and celery mixture. Cover tightly with glass cutters.
