1/2 medium Tuna - refrigerated pastry bag
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup tropical salad dressing, not to thin
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
Sprinkle one sheet of parchment paper, a9x9 inch, with light lemon juice.
Unwrap pastry and twist one tightly around one-third of every slice of the bag. Fold in half widthwise. Cut patties with cookie cutter or fork. Wrap crosswise into 4-inch square pan with foil. Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Spread cream cheese and streusel filling over cream cheese layer, spacing of cookies 1/16 inch apart. Press lightly on all sides with sides of baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes, or until just set. Cool completely, then cut into squares. Chill 1 hour before serving.
