1 pressure cooker
1/4 cup olive oil
6 medium yellowfin tuna, cored and flaked
1/4 cup butter
salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook tuna in olive oil for 3 minutes, turning fish once. remove from heat and stir in butter, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, until tuna and vegetables are tender.
