1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) package instant whipped topping
In a medium bowl, mix pineapple juice, pudding mix, cream cheese and whipped topping. Pour mixture into a 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with remaining pineapple.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake an additional 25 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
