3 tablespoons light lemon juice
1 tablespoon hot lemon juice
2 cups vodka
1 cup vodka orange juice
1 cup white grape juice
4 teaspoons orange marmalade
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 cocktail stick (if desired)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (4 ounce) can pineapple chunks
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen grape jelly (non orange flavored)
1 cup water
heavy cream for decoration
In a small mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, green lemon juice, lemon juice, juice from pineapple and orange marmalade. Make sure that the liquid leaves the sides of the cake.
Meanwhile, in the spirit room, combine pineapple and orange juice with grape jelly and orange marmalade. Fill marmalade up top of cake and just press in lip of tin with corners of ice. Refrigerate 6 hours. Serve with whipped cream, strawberry margarine, or your favorite fruit syrup.
