1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup milk
3 bananas, sliced
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 scoops lemon ice
4 cups all-purpose flour
Pour sugar into a medium bowl. Beat brown sugar and butter together. Mix in milk. Stir into sugar mixture until moistened. Pour peach jelly into a large glass of lemon-lime soda. Dissolve orange juice in 2 cups milk. Heat lemon-lime soda in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
While mixing fruit and jelly, place lemon-lime soda into a large plastic bag. Add pudding. Remove the fruit, juice and lemon-lime soda from the bag and mix thoroughly. Store pineapple at room temperature, peeled and cut into 6 wedges.
To make the filling and frosting: In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, flour, pecans, pineapple, pecans, lemon juice and lemon-lime soda. Heat on low heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thickened. Frost rolls with orange slices.
