1 large carrot, grated
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup onion, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 teaspoons active dry yeast
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together the carrot, olive oil, garlic, onion, basil, salt, black pepper, yeast and celery seed. Pour mixture into an unprepared pan that has space in the center.
Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 6 minutes, or until tender. Press on top of pie while still warm.
