Slow cooked beef and chicken - tenderloin, chuck or breast steak, pork, broccoli, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, potatoes, carrots

1 small onion, cut into 1 inch cubes

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon yellow mustard

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium mixing bowl, mix brown sugar, 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 teaspoon garlic zest, and 1 pinch thyme. Spread mixture into a large baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

In a medium mixing bowl combine soy sauce, 1/2 lemon, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 teaspoon garlic zest, 1 teaspoon thyme, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 onion, 1 carrot, and 1 tablespoon celery seed (optional). Mix well. Bake 15 minutes longer, until tender. Remove from oven

Amazing recipe, really tasty and indulging. After reading some reviews I decided to double the cocoa powder to start and opted for mono-sweet vanilla. It's also really simple to make. I didn't have any almond extract, so I used almond milk powder and still found a way to make it taste good.
