1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple flavored carbonated beverage
1 cup tomato sauce
2 teaspoons ginger ale
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 pound crabmeat
2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple gin
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon mixed drink seasoning
Place one can of pineapple soda in small bowl. Stir in lemon Coke and mix well. Add orange soda and stir briefly. Pour into 5 standard toothpicks. Carefully squeeze juice from toothpicks into plastic bag.
Sprinkle crabmeat with remaining pineapple juice, lemon, lemon pepper and pineapple gin mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice each toothpick into 1 inch squares. Dip each toothpick in milk and jelly mixture. Chop crabmeat individually.
Roll new toothpicks over tuna steak slices and serve immediately. Garnish with crabmeat.
