1 1/2 pounds beef brisket
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dried minced celery
1 teaspoon dried garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 teaspoons marinara sauce
1 teaspoon dried sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Place beef and celery in the slow cooker. Cover with the onion, celery, garlic, salt, oregano, marinara sauce, olive oil and garlic. Cook on high for 6 hours. Discard marinara sauce and pickle relish.
Place beef and celery in the slow cooker. Cover with tomato sauce and marinara mixture. Cook on low for 4 hours. Discard pickle relish and thyme. Serve beef along with beef and celery stuffing.
