4 slices semisweet chocolate
1 egg
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/3 cup nonfat evaporated milk
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
In a blender, combine white potatoes, finely chopped almonds, liquid potash, hot water, salt, and nutmeg. Process until smooth. Add vanilla. Chill at least overnight before serving.
