1 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup sliced cooked chicken breast meat
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup hot Italian sausage
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium low heat. Stir in mustard, then stir in chicken and stir until well coated.
Blend in Cream of Chicken soup, cheese, and sausage. Pour mixture into baked pie crust. Wrap top with aluminum foil.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 1 hour. Serve at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) or in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
