1 (16 ounce) can shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pound ground beef
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons pork sausage, cut into small pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 (6 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix shredded cheese, ground beef, green pepper, sausage, onion, garlic powder, green lemon juice and poblano chile sauce. Mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for approximately 30 minutes. Drain and spread onto the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with tomato sauce. Top with sliced poblano chile peppers and slice into rings.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for approximately 45 minutes.
