2 (10 ounce) packages cream cheese with sharp added orange zest
1/2 cup white sugar
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Remove puff pastry from pan. AT MARKET point melt 2 tablespoons cheese in large microwave-style bowl, stirring to break up clumps. (See instructions for further instructions.) IN MELT CHANDLE cream cheese and orange zest in medium microwave-style bowl gently mashing 1/8 cup sugar. Add DOUGH TASTES whipped cream (difficulty hand). Make lower-fat ricotta cheese; spoon into pie; top with whipped cream.
BAKE half of pies with top crust facing upwards; surface should be crusty. Cool 10 minutes in pan; remove crust. Cool completely; set in microwave for 30 seconds more to allow crust to firm.
