Coconut Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

1 (1.5 ounce) envelope instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) container instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 inch) round pans.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix and vanilla pudding mix.

Mix the whipped topping and confectioners' sugar into the whipped topping. Stir gently with a wooden spoon until the whipped topping is slightly moistened.

Spread the mixture into the prepared pans and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
