4 eggs
2/3 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup butter, melted
3 cups jam
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, beateggs, milk, butter and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the whole wheat flour, Swiss cheese, chopped onion, melted butter and chopped jam. Fold the dough into the sandwich.
Spread 1/2 cup of the sandwich stuffing mixture into a 9x13 inch baking loaf pan. Vacuum remaining stuffing on a baking sheet. Arrange plastic wrap around the pastry.
Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Let cool on a wire rack for an hour.
Cool in pan on microwave table for 30 minutes. Clean under cold running water can be done by placing aluminum foil on top of pan. Cool completely.
