2 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 (3 ounce) package instant non-fat coconut cream flavored pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 (8 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 (8 ounce) can pumpkin pie filling
In a microwave or in the microwave-safe bowl of a food processor, microwave chocolate until melted. Remove from microwave and stir into pudding mix. Mix pudding, pumpkin, and bourbon into whipped cream and whip until stiff. Fold in pumpkin and pumpkin pie filling. Serve warm or cold.
