1 (16 ounce) package marshmallow creme
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (18 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
2 cups red food coloring
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (11 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (12 ounce) bottle milk chocolate pudding mix
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the marshmallow creme, confectioners' sugar, orange juice concentrate, orange flavored gelatin, orange food coloring and Jell-O mix. Stir in the orange flavored gelatin mixture to form a mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees (190 degrees C) for 7 hours in the preheated oven. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes in a small saucepan. Spread pudding mixture over marshmallow creme and turn to coat.
Coat a 9x9 inch pan with nonstick spray and lightly grease surface. In a small bowl, stir together the pudding mix and the milk chocolate pudding until smooth. Fold over edges of pan to prevent overflow.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 with vanilla pudding for 10 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Drizzle frosting over cake while it is still hot.
