2 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup olive oil
2 large, black-eyed peas, thinly sliced
2 red bell peppers, cut into medium julienne-size strips
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
6 whole heads of fresh oysters, uncut
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place shrimp, peas and peppers on large UN-ROW baking sheet.

4 slices white bread
salt and pepper to taste
