1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (11 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
6 fluid ounces orange flavored carbonated beverage
In a large plastic container (bottle or can), mix vegetable oil, gelatin, water and orange flavored soda.
Pour mixture into freezer canister of an ice cream maker
Place orange baby in plastic bag and seal and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
In a large bowl, beat gelatin mixture until stiff peaks form, set aside. Stir together water and orange soda. Garnish with fresh rinded fruit, 3 tablespoons of orange juice concentrate and lemon rind. Seal and chill fruit in refrigerator.
