3 cups chopped fresh ginger root
1 cup vodka
6 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (6 ounce) can pineapple juice concentrate
1 lemon, juiced
1 orange, juiced
1 lime, juiced
6 tennis balls
1 cup light rum
1 fluid ounce scotch-flavored spirit liqueur
In a blender, combine ginger, vodka and lemon-lime soda. Process well, scraping bowl often. Stir in pineapple juice concentrate. Pour into glasses, and serve.
Cover glass with aluminum foil and place on cool side stage. Label with 16-character cocktail recipe.
