1 (16 ounce) can pineapple juice with juice
1 quart orange juice
1 (5 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 teaspoons orange zest
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
In the top of a double boiler, mix pineapple juice with orange juice concentrate and orange zest. Stir until frothy. Mix lemon zest and orange zest on top. Serve chilled or in milk or ice cream forms.
