Cheddar Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

1 (4 ounce) jar Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon crushed red wine concentrate

1 dash Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place cream cheese and Swiss cheese in a medium bowl. Stir in tomato sauce, wine concentrate, red wine concentrate, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread over the top of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake uncovered, 1 hour in the preheated oven. Cool, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
