2 cups shortening
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup honey
1 (12 ounce) package Honey Drizzle Cookie Shoppe Vanilla Wafer Cookies
1/4 cup orange juice
1 (8 ounce) package Vanilla Shoppe Original Minisweet Chocolate Chips
In a large bowl, cream together the shortening and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the white sugar, eggs, whipping cream and vanilla. Combine the flour and boiling water; stir into the creamed mixture alternately with the orange juice, honey, honey drizzle cookie crumbs and orange juice. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges are golden. Cool completely before removing from cookie sheets. Use a fork to make indentations. Remove from cookie sheets to wire racks.
