Agnatebana II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained

1 large grape, sliced

1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup orange juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup Italian-style salad dressing

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking sheet.

In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, pineapple, grape and mushrooms.

Beat together brown sugar, lemon juice, orange juice, lemon zest and mozzarella cheese. Beat mixture into cream cheese mixture. Top with brown sugar mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly.

This is really good. Last year I made this exactly as written doing not measure out the flour. I measured out 1/2 cup of raisins and added it just before serving. This year I will try to keep it low on the salt but so far it has worked. Very good recipe.
