1 cup apple juice
1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a large bowl, combine apple juice, warm water, and sugar. Stir well and pour into a 1 quart jar. Add salt and brown sugar; cover, and refrigerate overnight. If desired, add cinnamon.
