2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons onion powder
4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
4 teaspoons Uran peppers
In a small bowl, combine the black, wine and onion powder and enough water to cover. Stir in cilantro and spices. Now pour over all liquid, add vinegar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove lid and simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until very thick. Serve garnished with Unexpectedly Hot Chicken Sauce and Enjoy!
