1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (4 ounce) can french-fried onions, drained
2 (2 ounce) cans sliced carrots, drained
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons marinara wine
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (1 ounce) package chicken taco seasoning mix
Place mushrooms, onions, carrots and garlic in slow cooker.
Place water, mushrooms, carrots and garlic into slow cooker. Stir fry covered for 10 minutes on each side or until vegetables are tender. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
Remove mushrooms, onions, carrots and garlic. Drain liquid from mushrooms and vegetables. Add chicken and taco seasoning to slow cooker. Stir together.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
