1 (8 ounce) package ground pita mix
1 (4 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, diced
1 (2.5 ounce) package instant pepper-spray mix
2 cups shredded lettuce
Place pita on a large flat surface. Cut pita into 1 1/2 inch cubes
In a medium bowl, mix tomato soup, mushrooms, cream cheese and pepper-spray. Sprinkle pita with lettuce.
Dredge pita in the tomato soup mixture and place on a flat, nonstick surface.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until pita is slightly golden brown. Serve warm.
