1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine egg, milk, Cheddar cheese, paprika, and water. Beat until smooth and creamy. Stir in flour.
In a small bowl, combine oats and eggs. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in spinach, brown sugar, salt, and 1/2 cup of rolled oats. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden. Cool completely before serving.
