I gave it 5 stars because it was very easy to make and good taste. I gave the instructions "as is" a 4 because it is a bit bland and I did not cover the base, it is very crumbly. The instructions for polishing the eggs say to coat them, but I did not do so. I would advise against this as well as the perforation in the middle of the egg. It does help though; the crumb helps.
