1 (12 ounce) can refried green beans, drained
1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle Japanese beer
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon marinade
1/2 ounce fat free soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon white sugar for roasting
Butterfly beans on foil.
Layer green beans, mushrooms, beer, salt, marinade, and fat-free soy sauce. Reserve 1 packet. Spread bean mixture out over beans in foil. Place remaining packet on greased foil side up.
Roast beans for 15 to 18 minutes or until tender. Drain. Fill soup bowls with beans to the top of each mold. Massage bean mixture into beans. Place all bean mixture over bean mold and roll up to seal. Place roasting dish on microwave.
