1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups marshmallow creme
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup sliced almonds
4 cups marshmallow creme
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in sugar. Sprinkle flour, baking soda, and salt onto the creamed mixture. Mix in marshmallow creme, heavy cream, almonds, and marshmallow creme. Fold in nuts. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool while in the pan.
