1 cup boiling water
1 (8 ounce) package vanilla wafers
2 tablespoons lemon zest

12 cups graham cracker crumbs

4 cups frozen orange sherbet, thawed
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and cream cheese flavoring. Mix in gelatin mix. Mix in 1 1/2 cup of whipped topping, then pour mixture over cream cheese. Chill until firm at room temperature.
In a small bowl, mix gelatin mixture with 1/2 cup of whipped topping; pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill until set.
To Serve: Beat graham cracker crumbs and lemon zest into graham cracker crust.
