2 (18 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup finely chopped fresh mint
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 cup cherry juice
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (8 ounce) can sliced almonds
1 cup chopped dates
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) pans.
In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, sugar, vegetable oil, mint, eggs, vanilla, orange juice and cherry juice. Beat until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a pan comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
