Stuffed Chicken II Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 cup margarine, melted

1 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add 1 cup milk. Bring mixture to a boil. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute or until all milk has been added. Remove from heat; stir in lemon zest and 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest. Return mixture to a boil.

Stir margarine and flour into egg mixture. Pour mixture into an ungreased cookie sheet. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 25 1/2 hours (the longer you keep it warm, the more crispy it will be!)
