2 large tomatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 small medium green bell pepper, diced
1 medium small green bell pepper, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
2 eggs, beaten
2 3/4 cups milk
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 (2.5 ounce) can chopped pecans or pecans if desired
In a large bowl combine tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, eggs, milk and pecans. Mix well. Shape the mixture into 3 or 4 small servings.
