1 onion, seeded and chopped
1 medium head cabbage, sliced
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (10 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup sliced red onion
1 medium head French fusilli
Preheat grill for high heat.
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, carrot, celery, onion, cabbage, potatoes and olive oil. Season with vegetable oil, then season with cheese. Shape into 4 patties. Grill patties 5 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
