2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter, salt, oregano, basil, rosemary, sage, sage, marjoram, potatoes, and butter mixture. Saute over medium high heat for 5 minutes. Stir. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
