2 pounds ground beef
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons paprika
10 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon dried salt
mixed pickles (optional, but recommended)
2 ounces small green onions, chopped
2 cups sliced mushrooms, for garnish
Heat oil in large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Place beef in oil. Brown on all sides and serve over medium heat.
Place paprika next corn bread slices along the bottom, roll and place meatballs along the side. Brown on all sides. Garnish with green onions and mushrooms.
