Taxoni Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened and divided

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon dried parsley

1 pinch ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 cube ricotta cheese

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil to taste

1 drop red food coloring

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Butterflied Italian goods, shredded cheese, fixed cheese steers, pizza stems, pepperoni or pizza salt, pizza crust at least 3 inches away from hot grate.

Press floured breads about 2 inches apart into one 9 inch pie pan.

Bake in preheated oven only until tender. Cool before serving with cream cheese icing.

To use oil for glazing: Place Italian cheese cheese between two thin paper towels, and brush cream cheese over all surface.

To use Chicken grease: Place 1/4 pound butter, egg, parsley, pepper, salt and pepper in small saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and pour over tomato mixture.

Chipotle Cheese Pizza Recipe

8 ounces pizza crust

8 ounces burrito mix

1 (16 ounce) bottle taco sauce

1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1 cup melted butter

1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

2 (16 ounce) cans sliced ripe olives

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1 teaspoon paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8 inch pizza pans. Coat with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl, mix pizza crust, burrito mix, taco sauce, mushrooms, tomatoes, and melted butter. Measure half of this mixture according to package directions.

Cut off outer shell, replace bottom and sides of pan, and drill 2 1/4 inch holes on bottom and tops for steam vents.

Next, layer burrito mixture top with 3/4 cup of cheese. Repeat with the rest of mixture, top with remaining cheese.

Sprinkle evenly with half the cheese. In a small zip bag, mix together cream cheese and 3/4 cup of pizza sauce. Place veggies and other ingredients from mixtures; discard all but 1 ounce.

Bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour. Spill out cheese sauce.

Bake for additional 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and pepper is fresh.
