Lared Alcorn's Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 ounce) can tomato paste

1 (4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup

4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

1 cup water

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

4 tablespoons dry brown mustard

6 slices fresh cheese

Directions

Combine tomato paste, tomato soup, vinegar, water, parsley, garlic, parsley, and mustard. Mix thoroughly and chill overnight.

For the Marinade: Mix tomato sauce, beer, cheese, and arugula.

Place marinated pieces of cheese, mostly cheddar cheese, over meat and vegetables in a steak and pork dish. Layer with marinated pieces of cheese and carrots.
