1 cup uncooked quick-cooking white rice
1 (1.25 ounce) package instant bread mix
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 teaspoon white vinegar
2 cups melted butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons water, or as needed
6 unbleached flour tortillas
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Prepare instant-style bread mix according to package directions for use with the tortillas. Take a small bowl, place a 6-inch or 3-inch long slice of pepperoni crumbles (not confectioners' bits), and a small sprinkle of salt in the center of the tortilla creamer.
Press covered tortillas onto a silicone baking sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and chewy. cool slightly before serving.
