3 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds turkey - cut into 1 inch cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
4 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup margarine, melted
Layer turkey cubes in a small bowl. Reserve the browned vegetable and cut into pieces. Mix salt, pepper, seasoning salt, thyme, rosemary, oregano and cornflakes cereal. Place them in a small bowl. Sprinkle melted margarine over the turkey. Pour mixture over the turkey. Cover and microwave 15 minutes.
Melt margarine in a small saucepan and add 2 cups crushed cornflake cereal, 1/4 cup butter, this mixture drizzling over the turkey. Place the turkey cubes over the margarine, mix well and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Then pour the mixture into a large glass dish or bowl and Spoon the reserved cornflakes over the mold.
Preheat the broiler to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Remove turkey from the refrigerator and place on a platter, brush or dab with softened butter. To serve, drizzle with melted margarine.
