3/4 cup Italian-style salad dressing
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian-style seasoning
1 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
Stir Italian-style salad dressing and tomato juice into an industrial ziplock bag; pipe sausage into each bag. Seal bag and shake to mix.
Roll mixture into 4 balls or nine individual rolls. Arrange balls on a serving platter or in a blender. Spread tomato mixture evenly over rolls.
Top each roll with 2 tablespoons of Italian-style dressing and sprinkle with ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar. Sprinkle with hot pepper sauce. Shake vigorously until well coated. Serve immediately.
