2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
6 ounces butter-flavored, chopped onion
2 tablespoons white sugar
15 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup frozen chopped pecans
1/2 cup pitted black olives
1/2 cup frozen cranberries
3 egg yolks
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
