Untaked Tuna Arrow Recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 pounds fresh tuna, quartered

1 cup uncooked short-grain white rice with leek

1 cup sliced celery

1 medium garlic, finely chopped

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 1/2 cups oil for deep frying

1 tablespoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Combine cooked seafood with rice and celery, garlic, onion and oil. Heat for about 5 minutes, or until several pieces are still attached to the bottom of the pan. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together milk, curry powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and pepper. Eat by serving spoonfuls.
