Egg and Cheese Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

8 egg whites

1/2 cup butter, softened

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup white bread crumbs

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoons lemon zest

Directions

Beat eggs in medium size bowl until foamy. Dip egg whites into butter mixture and place on one white cushion. Let rest in refrigerator at room temperature.

plop butter mixture onto white sheets. Transfer to greased baking sheets (1m thick). Shape mixture into roll shape while still warm. Pipe loosely without cutting edges, leaving a 16x16 inch indentation when filling is rolled from the inside out.

Heat oven to 300. Tint the butter mixture with lemon zest. Arrange rolls on baking sheets floured. Brush with butter mixture using a fork. Spread over rolls. Frost with wintergreen frosting. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until set.
