4 tablespoons pale yellow cornstarch
1 tablespoon honey
1 (3 ounce) package fresh fruit flavored Jell-O mix
1 tablespoon neutral flavored oil
1 teaspoon white sugar
powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup heavy cream
In a medium bowl, mix together white cornstarch, honey, fruit flavored gelatin, and neutral oil. Stir in the nutmeg and pecans until all the gelatin has been absorbed; set aside. In a large bowl, toss together gelatin, cornstarch mixture, and sugar.
In a separate small bowl, pour milk or water until desired consistency is reached; fold in gelatin mixture. Pour egg mixture over gelatin mixture, then dredge gelatin in the milk.
Cover, and refrigerate in the refrigerator at least overnight for best overall effects. Thaw in the refrigerator, up to 24 hours.
